Introduction
By booking services with Legion Notary Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
Scope of Services
Legion Notary Services provides general notary work, mobile notary services, and remote online notarization (RON) in compliance with Tennessee state law. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or representation.
Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of signing.

All documents must be complete and ready for notarization. We do not draft or prepare legal documents.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information in their documents is accurate.
Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be confirmed by Legion Notary Services.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Payments

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

Fees are based on Tennessee state notary laws and reasonable travel or service charges, which will be disclosed upfront.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided in cases where services cannot be completed due to notary error. Refunds are not provided if a client fails to present valid identification, refuses to sign, or cancels without proper notice.
Limitation of Liability
Legion Notary Services is not responsible for the content of documents presented for notarization, nor for legal or financial outcomes resulting from notarized documents.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
